Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

asCar does not collect personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. We do not run servers that receive your data.

Location

With your permission, asCar uses your location on your iPhone to show your speed and direction and to pause video while the car is moving. This information never leaves your device. To show the weather, asCar sends an approximate position (rounded to about 1 km) to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com). When you search for a city, the search text is sent to Open-Meteo. These requests are not linked to you.

Web browsing

Like any browser, asCar connects directly to the websites you open, and those sites' own privacy policies apply. History, bookmarks, cookies and site data are stored only on your iPhone. You can delete them at any time in asCar › Settings › Data.

IPTV playlists

Playlists are downloaded directly from the addresses you enter and stored only on your iPhone. asCar does not send them to us or to anyone else.

CarPlay

asCar may show your car's name, which iOS provides on the device. It is not sent anywhere.

Children

asCar is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
