How do I open asCar in my car?

Connect your iPhone to CarPlay with a cable or wirelessly, then tap the asCar icon on the car display. If you don't see it, open Settings › General › CarPlay on your iPhone, choose your car, tap Customize and add asCar.

Why does my car show only a list of channels?

Some cars only allow a simple list view in CarPlay. On those cars asCar shows your channels as a list and plays video through the car's own player. The web browser and dashboard need a car that supports the full app view.

Why did the video stop?

For your safety, video pauses automatically when the car is moving. Park the car and press play again.

How do I add an IPTV playlist?

Open the IPTV tab on your iPhone, tap +, and enter an M3U link or your Xtream Codes server, user name and password. asCar does not provide channels; use your own lists.

Speed or weather is not shown.

asCar needs location access. On your iPhone go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › asCar and choose "While Using the App". You can also pick a fixed city in asCar › Settings › Weather Location.

How do I change the language or units?

In asCar open Settings › General. Choose a language, or switch units between Automatic, Metric and Imperial.

Text on websites is too small in the car.

In asCar › Settings › CarPlay, increase Display Scale, or turn off Desktop Version in the Car.
